My Last-Busiest Summer

Although I enrolled for summer just after I ended my second semester, I am having the time of my life. I made mistakes in the previous semester and I think I’ve learned enough. Or so I thought!! I recently took my first Thesis Subject – Systems Engineering, IE Technology and Systems Simulation. Having to take 3 subjects was supposed to be a breeze based from my past experiences but lately I seem to forget that I am now entering my 5th year in college and specifically my last year, I am a graduating student!!!! YEY!

I have learned so much this summer, initially I opted to take a OJT or practicum subject but I was glad I took a thesis subject instead. Our IE Chair is retiring and a new and younger Chair will replace him which spells trouble for us since change is inevitable. Our thesis will now be grouped (Which has it’s PROS and CONS) and I bet sme other unknown stuff.

CHED under its current undertaking has recently initiated re-organizing the college curriculum and here in cebu effective June 2008, a uniform curriculum shall be adapted by all schools offering Industrial Engineering.

I have gained experiences through my thesis/research work at Robinsons Cebu and also with Systems Simulation, butt what hit me hard was the importance of HEALTH. Yes Health, I have come across with people from my ast and they said I have gone thin and recently I got sick and was not able to join my friends’ outing (Pamista) sa Pinamungahan Cebu. My body needs rest in order for me to recover physically and emotionally and hopefully this coming 1st semester I am able to balance everything including my health.

Also, for this last stage in my college life, I would like to relax at the same time achieve a lot not only in academics but also in extra curricular stuff and Outings. I want this last school year to be memorable and hopefully I can be the best that I can be.
