Sister's Day!

Sister Day - Aug 1, 2010~ Did you know that every 1st Sunday of August is celebrated as Sister's Day? Try celebrating the spirit of sisterhood with your sisters (biological, feeling sister, soul sister, nun-sisters and the like), and show appreciation and give them recognition for the special relationship you share. Send a card, make a phone call or share memories, photos, flowers and candy or whatever you want! Perhaps ask forgiveness or something, it's never to late to even have a delayed celebration and eat out with your sister!

Proverbs 17:17 ~"A friend loves at all times, and a brother (or sister) is born for adversity." Often adversity is the only thing that brings brothers and sisters together. Hopefully through thick and thin, Joy and hardships, our bond will remain solid and cemented which shall keep us stronger and stick through all kinds of trouble for years to come. Be proud of your sister/s!

For me, I still have to make a budget and have a delayed celebration! Or just say THANK YOU for being my SISTER! Thank you sis, this post is for YOU! Happy Sister's Day!
