"A little gratefulness can go a long way.."
It is easy to get lost in our daily routines, to lose sight of things that matter most; it is human nature that we may take things for granted and I believe Gratitude can change that.

Because when you hit rock bottom, it is hard to pick out the positive from the negative and it is also easy to want more than what we already have: hand written notes, smiling at someone and the like.

I am grateful for having face-to-face conversations in this time of hyperconnectivity through social media, SMS, instant messaging which basically makes people focus and attention more on their phones; for having a Job that I may not be one's dream Job but this enables me to pursue that; for waking up each day; for my family and friends; barkada-trips; for travel opportunities.

This is a mantra I have lived for quite sometime now but I too didn't suddenly figured this out, I learned this from someone else, a friend of mine. Although it is cool to take pictures and capturing moments, but it is also important to be "in the moment."

The more grateful you are, the more open you are to possibilities and opportunities, of good karma from the universe. You are preparing yourself to receive more!

For it is always important to find the good in the bad..so let us be more grateful. BD
