Kris Tiffany M. Janson is Miss Cebu 2009!

I watched Miss Cebu 2009 on the Television since I was too lazy (It's freakin' cold) and too conservative in spending my cash on tickets. YAY!! and My bet won!!! weeeee.. The event was held on this date in the waterfront hotel and casino, lahug, cebu city, philippines.

Candidate Number 12 - Miss Kris Tiffany M. Janson was crowned Miss Cebu 2009 while Candidate Number 11 - Miss Rizzini Alexis C. Gomez was the First Runner up, Candidate Number 8 - Miss Kimberley Therese A. Burden was the 2nd runner up, Candidate Number 9 - Michelle Iva G. Eguia was the 3rd runner up and Candidate Number 5 - Miss Tara Frances L. Oliver was the 4th runner up.

I was not able to watch it from start to finish, I was able to watch from the casual interview part then the announcement of the top 5 and straight to the Question and Answer Portion. The final question was something about promoting the cebuano culture to the youth. Not to complain or criticize but this is just FYI: Candidate no.9 forgot the question, Candidate no.5 - IMO had a good but long answer with lots of pauses. While Candidate no.11 proposed to do education while candidate no.12 - Kris simply answered "To re-teach history to the youth with all her powers.." something like that.

Congratulations to the winners, hope that next year's miss cebu will be more grander and now...off to the Sinulog Festivities
