Seasoned tech expert Froilan Rabatan named Managing Director of HCX Technology Partners

Rabatan's impressive career spans over two decades in the IT and services industries. He has held key positions such as Managing Director of a global professional services company and VP for Software Development and Delivery at a renowned local technology research and development firm. 

In addition, he also held a key role as Senior Service Delivery Manager for a global edge-to-cloud platform-as-a-service company, where he was responsible for the end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects and run services.
