CHECK OUT BANAPPLE PIES & CHEESESCAKES IN CEBU IT PARK

I have heard about Banapple's desserts before and I finally got to try it as they have their first full restaurant here in Cebu located at the garden row across The Walk in Cebu IT Park. I was surprised that Banapple also serve amazing home-cooked-style Pasta and Rice Meals! OMG! The Food Was Soooo Good!

Banapple Pies and Cheesecakes is a neighborhood cafe where you can stop for a quick take out to and from work and school. Bakers and waitstaff are friendly and offer fast and personalized service as well.

I haven’t tried all their offerings yet but I was able to indulge in their famous banoffee pie. I am not a pie person but I'm sold on this beautiful, creamy, fluffy and tasty dessert. The other things I liked are: Extra Tender Country Ribs grilled in hickory smoke, glazed with their homemade barbeque sauce. Served with corn relish and Garlic Rice. I love the lasagna roll-ups as well.

The surprise for me was the Carrot Cake - I tend to become a critic when it comes to Carrot Cakes since this was the first cake I baked for a chemistry class back in college and I still thought it was the best carrot cake ever but now there's a contender for that in my stomach.

Origin Story

Banapple started baking pies and cheesecakes years ago, initially for friends and family, and referred food establishments. Later they expanded its client base to include well known food establishments and restaurants, all being served from a home-based kitchen located in Quezon city.

Banapple pies and cheesecakes is a unique yet home-y restaurant in the city. In addition to pies, cakes and cheesecakes, banapple serves yummy home-cooked style hot meals like the well-loved chicken parmigiano, lasagna roll-ups, and hickory smoked country ribs as well as sandwiches, pastas, and great pancakes.

Banapple's house salad; crunchy chicken fillet & bell peppers sandwich; blueberry pancakes; lasagna roll-ups; sirloin garlic beef tapa to name a few of the items above.

They also have Banapple mini, which is the first pop-up bakeshop offering pies, pastries, cakes and cheesecakes located at the level 3 Ayala Center Cebu.
