CEBU BUSINESS MONTH 2010 (CBM 2010) is organized to consistently highlight, celebrate and inspire more green successes in the Cebu business community. This aims to gather industry stakeholders in a month of relevant activities and projects, triggering a more dynamic and proactive direction for a sustainable business environment.
May 4 LAUNCHING AND PRESS CONFERENCE 4pm @ the Manila Room, Marco Polo Plaza
June 1-6 GRAND OPENING SALVO Ayala Center Cebu A week-long event, to kick off the Cebu Business Month 2010 celebration. The event aims to reach out to everybody. Ayala Center Cebu is a very favorable venue because of its foot traffic. People from different walks of life can witness the celebration.
June 1-30 SHOP AND DINE Participating Establishments An island-wide sale and sales blitz for Cebu retailers, hotels, resorts, restaurants and other establishments where discounts, promos and special sales are offered. Featuring: GREAT CEBU SALE June 22-24 @ Upper Ground Summit Hall, CICC An offshoot event of Cebu Business Month ’10 Shop and Dine that will encourage the influx of tourist and domestic shoppers by offering discounts of up to 70 percent on wide array of shopping merchandise in one venue and other participating shopping malls and retail establishments island-wide.
June 12-19 GREEN TRAILS OF SUCCES SM City Cebu A gallery and exhibit that will highlight 30 Cebu's inspiring green entrepreneurs who established green business culture through various eco-friendly processes and innovations. June 11 MEET THE BUSINESS ICONS Montebello Villa Hotel To highlight three (3) icons from different prestigious companies concentrating on green initiatives and practices.
June 5, 12, 19 & 26 MUSICFEST & WEEKEND MALL SHOWS Cebu Malls This will feature songs and dances by young local performers which are ecology-inspired.

June 19 TREE PLANTING CCCI will embark on a tree planting initiative that will be spearheaded by the CBM Team in collaboration with CCCI Environment Committee. June 22-24 GREEN EXPO Cebu International Convention Center (CICC) A three-day exhibition and conferences that will focus on CBM's three major tracks: Information, Communication Technology (ICT), TOURISM and ENTREPRENEURSHIP which aims to bring together all sectors from both local and international shareholders, government and other organizations showcasing green initiative products, services and technology as well as bringing the mainstream issues around sustainability in the business environment.
