This was my first time doing a team building for a my colleagues at work. We are basically a voluntary team dedicated to resource engagement activities, we make the workplace a FUN and interesting place to make the long story short! :D

Helium Stick Team Game |
Some of the things I learned in past team building events was useful as I implemented them as the facilitator. One of the lessons I learned in this specific engagement is that it is difficult controlling a a group that you know since they can gang up on you to make you join your own activity for "FAIRNESS," it was quite a curious, funny and interesting experience for my part though. :)

The goal for this engagement was to build up the team's communication, team work, closeness (getting to know), a little bit of strategic planning, brainstorming, and bonding as friends.
|

It was absolutely fun spending time with the best people in the best place to be! Hopefully I get to do more of this in the future!
“The servant-leader is servant first. It begins with the natural feeling that one wants to serve, to serve first, as opposed to, wanting power, influence, fame, or wealth. Then conscious choice brings one to aspire to lead. He or she is sharply different from the person who is leader first, perhaps because of the need to assuage an unusual power drive or to acquire material possessions.
