Unravel Cebu's passion in film making while contributing to the success of Sinulog 2010! As Cebu City’s Sinulog Festival celebrates 30 years of continuous adoration to the Señor Sto. Niño, the Short Film Festival enters its 6th year!
Interested participants must register on or before January 16, 2010 (12 nn) at the Sinulog Foundation Office, Cebu City Sports Center with a duly accomplished entry form.
