Miss Cebu 2010 Winners & Results

I never planned to watch this year's Miss Cebu 2010 since I didn’t know any of the candidates and unlike last year I had no bets, but nonetheless the televised ceremony disturbed my sleep since my sister & mom watched it. The Miss Cebu 2010 pageant night was last January 12, 2010 at Waterfront Hotel and Casino and aired at Studio 23.
