One of the Speakers for the Post YMA-4 Activity or the ALEx Youth Integration (See Soul Search Post) was Jonathan Jay Aldeguer who talked about his life experiences and success. His message to youth does not involve business principles or money-making schemes.

We have what it takes to be great entrepreneurs, and change agents, especially today where the internet gives easy access to information. The youth should take advantage of such an opportunity. It is more urgent to instill hope in our country; for a lot of us have lost hope.

Jay Engages the young audience

JAY ALDEGEUR shared his experiences, ventures through his 1st business venture, to Island Souvenirs and its expansions. Jay encourages the youth to make their ideas into reality for they are small victories that will have a ripple effect in our community if properly and collectively coordinated. We all want to get out of our country which is sad, although there are many opportunities abroad, but the Philippines has more. I believe in its people and especially the youth of today, Jay said.

I asked him a question regarding blogs since he mentioned facebook, twitter and blogs and how the youth can optimize these tools for business or social development.
