Choi Garden chain is famous for its Roasted Pork, Roasted Duck, Crispy Fried Pigeons and 3-way Lapu-Lapu (Miso soup, steamed with brocolli & adobo style in hot pot with tofu), as well as Sharks Fin Soup, Wonton Chicken Soup, Chili Crab, Chinese Lechon, and Salt & Pepper Spareribs, just to name a few.

About Choi City:
The
restaurant chain was established by
Mr. Choi Tak Pui of Choi restaurant fame, proudly presents their traditional dishes, all filtered through a prism of skillful preparation and high-quality ingredients. Their four foreign chefs, lead by head chef Siu Bing, hail from the Asian giants of China and Hong Kong and are experts at creating dishes that draw from the rich wellspring of Chinese cuisine.
CHOI City Cebu started just recently on November 19, 2010 with one of the partners Frank Lao brought it here in Cebu. The Cebu Branch Boasts of 6 Special Function rooms which can seat upto 240 persons while the Ground Floor can seat up to 200 people with a separate smoking area as well!

When we went there, our meal consisted of Shaolong Pao, 2 versions of Peking Duck (The regular sliced one and the minced version); Shrimp-pork Sio Mai, Fresh Squid with Broccoli, Steamed Lapu-Lapu with soy sauce, Roasted Layer Pork, Fried Rice with Salted Fish, Malay Cake, Sauteed Crab with Ginger & onion and TAHO which was good for 10-12people or even more!

Side Note: Talking to the owners and managers, I really gained a new perspective in managing a restaurant and I also learned a lot regarding cooking, logistics and management. The Balding, training, tipping and a lot more techniques! XD
