Tablea? Tabliya or Tablea is chocolate in its near-pure form without added preservatives. The Local word means 'tablets', Tabliya explains its name for being used in varied shapes and sizes. When it first opened, I did not really pay much attention to it since I've had weird past memories regarding tablea but that changed from a female friend's random suggestion and encouragement! But time quickly catches on and now, many have opened stores and shops selling good Tabliyas. It is lucrative as it is loved by many due to taste and health benefits!

Tablea Chocolate Cafe is a local store which have multiple outlets located at the 2nd Floor Northwing of SM City Cebu, Robinson's Cybergate, and JY Square Discovery Mall. It basically sells desserts and beverages spotlighting tabliya in each order, with there tagline: "Tablea Comes in many forms.." then showcasing different ways to incorporate tablea in different meals, desserts, and even drinks.

I practically tasted the Chocolate Con Churos which is only Php85.00; Ham and Cheese Sandwich with camote chips which is worth Php140.00 (But it's a big serving I tell you~Value for money); Banana-Choco Fruio which amounts to Php105.00; and also there new offering, Mexican Meat Pie!

Some other samples that are tablea infused creations: Tablea Ensaymada, Tablea Muffins, Crinkles, Sylvanas, Polvoron, Champorado and many more..!

Mexican Meat Pie! It looks like an empanada but tastes like a spicy mexican meat!

Very interesting presentation of their Ham and Cheese Sandwich, this can count as a full meal!
Choco-Banana Fruio~Not only can you taste the crushed tablea in it but also the banana which makes for a really balanced sweet taste IMO
So try a Tablea infused creation and enjoy a unique experience in eating Tablea!
