Soon to rise Niño Lapu-Lapu Residences by WPE & MCG Joint Venture

Wan Pacific Empire Ventures, together with McGordon Consulting Group recently made public their Joint Venture signing, their new line of services for the local real estate market as well as launching of their Flag-ship Real Estate Development called "Niño Lapu-Lapu Condotel Residences."

It seeks to address the “gaping hole” in the present state of the industry, which is an organizational and competency gap vis-à-vis the unprecedented growth in the real industry. The organization aims to address this gap through its pool of professionals and expert teams.

Soon to rise Niño Lapu-Lapu Residences Condotel development will be located in ML Quezon National Highway, Barangay Maribago, Lapu-Lapu City. It is a 7-story condotel with 106 units/rooms, with an average area of 24 square meters per unit. The start of construction will be on August 2019 with a target project completion by March 2020. The target date for soft opening will be on April 2020 with the grand opening the next month, May 2020.

The development will be positioned towards income growth purely operating as a full-service hotel with a target ROI of 9-11% per annum. Ensuring the condotel investor will get not only a relatively fast ROI but also a continued source of passive income for years to come!
