I just experienced an Awesome Cooking Adventure last May 28, 2010, at the Academy for International Culinary Arts (AICA). We had a cooking party in AICA or Academy for International Culinary Arts in The Gallery, Mabolo, Cebu City.

Last May 16, 2010, the Academy for International Culinary Arts celebrated the opening of their first branch outside Manila. Since 2004, the Academy for International Culinary Arts has been successful in Manila and priding itself in providing world-class culinary education. And in 2009, Michael Moreno Tiaoqui and Chef Johann Chiongbian Young felt that Cebu was ready for the Academy's Premier International Culinary Arts program.

My experience in this prestigious cooking school, made me want to say this is the Best Cooking School in Cebu! No need to go abroad to learn from the best when the best is right here in Cebu and right now!

ReplyDeleteHehe, the experience was great. Deep frying and sugar-coating the Churos were a breeze. the piping was more challenging though. Chef Nikko and the rest of the faculty are friendly and they just know how to teach newbies just as how they cook.
