This year, World Vision has revived its campaign here in Cebu City and this time, they’re staying for good. For more information visit World Vision Philippines.

Count me in/Apila ko!:

Millions of children are saying “Count me in!” or "Apila ko!" in bisaya this June. Worldwide, 72 million children are unschooled. In the Philippines, 10.9 million children live in poverty, most of whom are forced out-of-school.

But this June these children are asking to be counted in back to school. World Vision hopes to give as many children the opportunity to learn in school through its Child Sponsorship Program.
By providing poor children in many of the most impoverished provinces in the country with the opportunity to get an education, receive healthcare assistance, protection from abuse, and livelihood opportunities for their families they are equipped with more chances to have a better life ahead.

So, COUNT THEM IN! Send a child to school this June! Visit the World Vision booth NOW in Ayala Center Cebu until the end of June! You can choose to Sponsor a Child, Use your Voice and/or be a Volunteer! It only takes Six hundred pesos per month to sponsor a child. For that amount, you can change someone’s life. Sponsor a child NOW! You may also Visit the World Vision Booth that is in Ayala Center Cebu until June 19th, and for Six hundred pesos per month you can be a child sponsor.

I too am interested in sponsoring a child but due to financial constraints, for now, I shall lend my voice through blogging in promoting and/or sharing World Vision to you, my friends, families and all other interested individuals and let us all help build a better community, country and World!
